Who Are We?

Brockenhurst Village Trust (BVT) is committed to strengthening community connections and keeping residents informed about life in Brockenhurst. Through our dedicated website, we provide a central, reliable source of up‑to‑date information on local events, activities, and initiatives, alongside a forward look at what’s coming up—helping everyone stay involved and connected.

Working in partnership with the Brockenhurst Community Action Group WhatsApp network, we aim to ensure timely communication across the village, making it easier for residents to hear about what’s happening and take part in community life.

We are also proud to be publishing a new free monthly magazine, building on the legacy of the former parish magazine. The magazine will be available to all, and we encourage residents to sign up to receive the online edition for convenient access.

Both the website and the magazine are operated by the Brockenhurst Village Trust, with the shared goal of supporting a well-informed, engaged, and thriving community.

How Are We Organized?

Brockenhurst Village Trust is built around the strength and commitment of our volunteers, who play a central role in everything we do. Local volunteers generously give their time, ideas, and knowledge to help gather information, share stories, and ensure our website and magazine truly reflect village life.

A small team of staff provides coordination and day-to-day support, but it is the enthusiasm and community spirit of our volunteers that drive the Trust forward. We also work in partnership with other local organisations, helping to create a joined-up communications network that brings together information from across the village.

Together, through collaboration with volunteers and partners alike, we aim to keep Brockenhurst informed, connected, and engaged.

Introduction to Our Communications Network

Our communications network brings together a range of local channels and partnerships, working collectively to share information, promote events, and keep the Brockenhurst community connected.
